These Subscription Terms supplement the SeeVido Terms of Service and apply when you start a trial, buy a recurring plan or receive subscription credits. The plan name, price, billing period, included credits and current benefits are shown at checkout.
New-user credits and trials are promotional, non-transferable and have no cash value. Eligibility may be limited by account, device, payment profile, region, time and fraud controls. We may withdraw or change an offer prospectively. Creating multiple accounts to repeat an offer is prohibited.
Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise our payment processor to charge the payment method on file, including applicable tax. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, limit features or suspend the subscription.
Credit cost depends on the selected model, duration, resolution and settings and is displayed before submission where practical. Included credits, rollover and expiry follow the rules shown for your plan and in your account. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred and cannot be used outside SeeVido.
You can cancel from account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Unless required by law, cancellation does not convert used service time or consumed credits into a refund.
We may change future plan features, credit allowances or prices. Material subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal where required. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
A subscription provides access to the SeeVido service, not a guarantee that any specific third-party model will remain available. Providers may change models, capacity or pricing. We may replace, limit or retire models and adjust credit costs prospectively.
Questions about a subscription or renewal can be sent to support@seevido.org. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
